Q: “What is your minimum?”
Our minimum is simple—just 5 pieces per custom design. Get started with your unique look with only 5 pieces needed!
Q: “Can I submit my own design or have one custom made for me?”
yes and yes. you can submit your own design or create your own design with our design tool. To upload your own design, simply pick a product and click design now.. Having one custom made is also an option as well.
Q: “What type of apparel do you offer?”
We offer a wide range of apparel: hoodies, crewnecks, tees, tanks, quarter zips, polos, jerseys, hats, and more. Whatever you need, we've got it!
Q: “What is your lead time or turnaround time?”
Our standard turnaround time is about three weeks, including the selling period. If your order is in Pullman, Washington, we can reduce that to two weeks. If you need your order sooner, just reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!
Q: “Is there a cost difference between the designs used?”
No, our prices stay the same regardless of the design or the number of colors used
Q: “Can you ship my order?”
We can ship anywhere in the US via UPS or FedEx as well with overnight shipping if requested
Q: “What areas can you print on?”
Our standard print locations include full front, full back, and sleeves. If you're looking for a different print location, just send us an email, and we’ll see if we can accommodate your request
Q: “Do you have a limit on the number of colors for a design?”
No, there’s no limit on the number of colors you can use in your design, and adding more colors won’t affect the price!
Q: “If I order with a greek organization where is my package delivered to?”
Your package will be delivered to the greek organization’s house and will be passed out by the apparel chair or whoever is incharge of the oeder
